That's the thing I keep trying to bottle, the spark to capture so you too can wield it.

Not the C4 diagrams. Not the ADRs. Not the cost model. Those are important but the key lies in between them.

The moment when someone who thought they couldn't do it realises they can — because they finally have the structure to think clearly and communicate at the right level.

My Tech North Star packages are my best attempt at making that transferable to any engineer, heck even to any digital expert, they are understandable for non-techies too.
