Warsaw, Poland β€” Logistics control system (McKinsey, 2025)

Co-led a 10+ engineer team delivering new functionalities for an established logistics control product. Created the next-level technical north star to shorten time to market for new features. Java, Spring Boot, microservices.

Cairo, Egypt β€” Core banking (McKinsey, 2023–2024)

Built a double-entry bookkeeping-ready product management system for unsecured loans, leading a team of 5. Go, systems design.

London, United Kingdom β€” Automotive consumer app (McKinsey, 2022–2023)

Re-architected a consumer-facing automotive application. Established an end-to-end responsible squad, bridged enterprise architecture with day-to-day delivery, and owned all architecture and cyber-security documentation for a high-scale launch. Software architecture, AWS, agile.

EMEA β€” Greenfield banking platform (McKinsey, 2021–2022)

Kicked off and rose to Tribe Tech Lead for a greenfield banking solution. Led the current account, transactions, and credit card squads to MVP delivery. Shaped the product and engineering culture as well as the choreography-based microservice architecture. Evolutionary architecture, systems design, NodeJS.

Berlin, Germany β€” Construction-industry plugin (IncepTech, 2021)

Tech-led a construction-industry plugin development; implemented and launched the MVP in under 3 months. C++, C#.

Almaty, Kazakhstan β€” Banking MVP (IncepTech, 2020)

Tech-led an engineering team building the first-phase MVP of a bank transformation. Microservices, Spring Boot.

Baku, Azerbaijan β€” Mobile & back-end re-architecture (IncepTech, 2020)

Architect and tech lead of a joint client team re-architecting mobile and back-end solutions during a bank transformation. Native mobile, microservices, JMeter.

Warsaw, Poland β€” Telco greenfield & retention journey (IncepTech, 2020)

Tech-led a two-squad engineering team at a telco: delivered the foundations of a new greenfield project and integrated a digital end-to-end retention journey. Led DevOps efficiency exploration and streamlined steps to speed up time to market. Microservices, ASP.NET.

Bucharest, Romania β€” Banking digital transformation (IncepTech, 2019)

Tech-led a team aiding the digital transformation of a Central European banking group. Implemented data pipelines for product and sales performance analytics, oversaw and integrated ML modelling for a next-best-offer engine, and redesigned a digital signature flow. Microservices, CQRS, Spring Boot.

Zagreb, Croatia β€” Credit card application journey (IncepTech, 2018–2019)

Part of a 6-person engineering team digitizing a credit card application journey for a Central European commercial bank. Focused on integrating scattered data sources and providing high-performance interfaces to 3rd parties. React, ASP.NET, NodeJS.
