These Terms govern your use of aerelontech.hu (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order you accept them.

Purchases are sold by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record — the seller and the party you contract with for the sale, and the party responsible for payment, tax and refunds. We license the package to you. Section 2 explains the split, and Sections 4, 5 and 7 follow from it.

We are registered with the Court of Registration of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court. There is no separate code of conduct we are bound by.

2. What we sell

The Site sells digital products — architecture packages ("Tech North Stars") delivered as downloadable files. They are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Nothing is shipped physically.

Each package is licensed, not sold. The licence terms are set out in the End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA"), which you can read in full before buying and which is also included in every package.

Two agreements, two parties. This is worth understanding because it decides who you deal with about what:

Paddle is an authorised reseller of the package. You buy the package from Paddle; we license it to you and deliver it. Where these Terms and the EULA conflict on licence scope, the EULA prevails. Where either conflicts with Paddle's own terms on the sale, Paddle's terms govern the sale — we cannot vary them, and nothing here is intended to.

3. Accounts

You need an account to purchase and to download. Accounts are created through Google sign-in (Firebase Authentication). You must:

• be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract;
• provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure;
• not share your account or your download links with anyone else.

You are responsible for everything done through your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these Terms or the EULA.

4. Orders, prices and tax

The price shown is the price you pay. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax, in the currency shown at checkout. No tax is added at the end.

The sale contract is concluded with Paddle when Paddle confirms your payment. We then send you an order confirmation by e-mail and make the package available for download.

Tax is determined and charged by Paddle, as merchant of record, based on the billing address you give at checkout. Depending on where you are, that may be Hungarian VAT, the VAT of your own EU country, a reverse-charge treatment if you supply a valid business VAT number, or a non-EU sales tax or GST. Which of these applies, and at what rate, is Paddle's determination and is shown to you before you pay.

Paddle issues the invoice or receipt for your purchase, in its own name. If you need a purchase document for your employer or your accounts, that is the one to use — enter your company name and, where offered, your VAT number at checkout so it appears on the invoice. We do not issue a separate invoice for your order, and we cannot reissue Paddle's.

5. Payment

Payment is taken by Paddle, acting as merchant of record and authorised reseller. Paddle is the seller for the purposes of the sale, handles the card transaction, and applies its own buyer terms and privacy notice to it.

We never receive or store your card number. A charge for a package may appear on your statement as Paddle or paddle.net rather than under our name.

6. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. Once payment succeeds, the package becomes downloadable from the product page while signed in to the account that made the purchase. Download links are personal to you.

If the download does not work, contact us and we will make the file available by another route. Failure of your own equipment or internet connection is not a failure of delivery, but we will not leave you without the product.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

Refunds and withdrawal are handled by Paddle, because Paddle is the seller. Digital content that has been downloaded cannot be returned. In short:

• Before download — consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a full refund, exercised against Paddle.
• At download — you are shown the point at which delivery begins and asked to confirm it. Once the download has begun, the right of withdrawal is extinguished.
• After download — a refund is at Paddle's discretion. We can support a request but cannot grant one.
• Your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described are unaffected, and you may raise those with either of us.

Contact Paddle first — through the receipt they e-mailed you, or at paddle.net. If you contact us instead we will forward it to Paddle and confirm to you that we have, so you lose no time; but Paddle is the party that decides and pays.

8. Acceptable use of the Site

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its backend or other users' accounts; do not scrape, overload or interfere with it; do not circumvent the purchase or download controls; and do not republish, resell or redistribute our materials except as the EULA expressly allows.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the packages — text, diagrams, templates, decision records, code samples and branding — is owned by us or licensed to us. Buying a package grants you the licence described in the EULA and nothing more.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site, or any product, at any time. Withdrawing a product does not affect a licence you have already bought.

11. Liability

We provide the Site and the packages on an "as is" basis to the extent the law allows. The packages are reference architecture material, not professional advice for your specific situation, and applying them remains your decision and your responsibility. Our liability for a purchase is limited as set out in Section 9 of the EULA.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Material changes will be announced on the Site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may turn to the conciliation board attached to your local chamber of commerce. The board competent for us is the Budapesti Békéltető Testület (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu). Consumer complaints about market conduct may also be made to the district office (kormányhivatal) acting as consumer-protection authority.

Otherwise, disputes fall to the courts of Hungary.
